Jay Leno is named “Educator of the Year for 2008″ by Improve-Education.org. Here’s why. (For full Proclamation and Background, visit Improve-Education.org. Bruce Deitrick Price)
Sir: Jay Leno is … Sir: Jay Leno is an excellent choice for Educator of the Year. I have watched his hilarious “Jaywalking” segments, and while many people might think it has to be a put-on or joke; sadly I know from personal experience that it is all too true. Kudos to your excellent and insightful choice! It is absolutely spot-on!
You are obviously … You are obviously very wise and I hope you will peruse my main site Improve-EducationDOTorg. You might also write letters to your hometown paper explaining how your school could have served you better.
I appreciate this … I appreciate this video and your efforts. I agree with what you say and maintain that our public education could hardly be called education. I went through the public school system just recently, graduated high school in 2000. I feel that I learned only very basic skills through school and have only progressed my education through self-motivated efforts and a desire to not be dumb. Even though I understand that I know very little, in comparison to my peers I may as well be a genius.
Say Bruce,
Does the … Say Bruce,
Does the principal know you’re making YouTube videos in the computer lab?
Oh! You are the principal!
Note, I can spell principal and I am a voater.
I know I’m rather … I know I’m rather serious in this video but the truth is, if at all possible, I laugh at anybody’s jokes. It’s good for the soul. I actually watch Leno every day. Last night he had a Jaywalk All Stars that was as scary as any you’ve seen. “Where’s the Suez Canal?” “Suez??” Thanks for the comment.

I’m glad I was …
I’m glad I was homeschooled. That said, I just saw Jaywalking for the first time last week. It was hilarious!
