For some reason …
For some reason this routine works much better than his earlier routines. He made a good choice, by tying most of his short jokes together with a story about a car ride. His energy level is a little higher than his older work and he doesn’t sound so much like he’s tired and just mumbling his jokes. This time, his delivery was perfect for his deadpan style. Great routine!
